VISUALIZE HARMONY

MENTAL HARMONY:
Always think good of yourself and others.

PHYSICAL HARMONY:
Take care of your body.  Stay healthy.  Refuse drugs & alcohol.

SOCIAL HARMONY:
Respect all people.

ENVIRONMENTAL HARMONY:
Protect your part of the earth and sky.

SPACE HARMONY:
Earth is only a part of the universe.  Preserve it for the children of the earth.

TIME HARMONY:
Use your time constructively.  Make time for the sacred, family, and community.
"When the full moon rises in the eastern sky, in the early evening hours, look at the craters and their shadows and you shall see a Native American Indian sitting, with legs crossed, hands on laps, head bowed, and two feathers draping over the forehead.  This is the Indian-in-the-Moon praying for the protection of the earth-for all of her earthly children."

We challenge you to see the Indian-in-the-Moon and to meditate upon the Seven Harmonies that are listed for your information.  Be proud to be a Native American Indian.  We are only human beings.  We have weaknesses like all people of the earth.  However, we must keep our relationship with the Earth, Sky, and the Children of the Earth in balance with the principled teachings of honor, respect, integrity, love, living as indigenous tribal people.
